Walking Coast to Coast for Ovacome - start 21 July 2010

Dear All,

Just a short start to my first ever blog to say that myself and a friend are walking Wainwrights Coast to Coast starting on 21st July in St Bees and getting to Robin Hoods Bay on 6th August.

I'll have my Ovacome T shirt on some days and my friend will wear an ovacome baseball cap - I will be taking lot's of pictures along the way.

So if you or any of your phone friends, family etc live on the route then tell them to keep an eye out for us.

Hope to write up the trip and post some pictures when I get back.

Have been getting sponsorship from friends and collegues and my friends company have agreed to match our sponsorship up to £1000 - yeah.

Good luck! I just did a half-marathon walk in aid of Ovacome with two friends, but you effort tops mine! Great idea, lovely part of the world, good cause. What more could you wish for? (er..hope the answer's not plasters!) I'll be following your blog X
